About Us
Hi, My name is Mark and one day I watched a video about a family in California who raised all their own food on just 1/6 of a acre in the suburbs. I figured I could do that too, so I built some raised beds in my back yard and started raising my own food. It was a happy time for me and my wife, Megan , until I hurt my back, got busy with school, and before I knew it, a whole year had past by with no garden until the day I stumbled across a documentary called Food, Inc. Well, because of that film I am back and this time to stay. I will not eat another cardboard tomato,or a genetically Frankensteined cucumber,or waxed up pepper again. This is the story of that goal.
